Resultado de este trabajo, el CER-UNI brind\u00f3 opini\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica para el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.minam.gob.pe\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/vivienda.pdf\">Decreto Supremo que aprueba el C\u00f3digo T\u00e9cnico de Construcci\u00f3n Sostenible<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u00c1rea de I+D del servicio:<\/strong>\u00a0Comodidad T\u00e9rmica de Ambientes Habitables<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hemos desarrollado investigaci\u00f3n para diagnosticar la situaci\u00f3n t\u00e9rmica actual de viviendas altoandinas del Per\u00fa, identificar flujos de calor y proyectar mejoras t\u00e9rmicas. La metodolog\u00eda empleada es experimental y anal\u00edtica, apoyada en simulaciones aplicadas a partes espec\u00edficas de la vivienda, con base en mediciones y registros autom\u00e1ticos. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As\u00ed mismo, se ha <strong>desarrollo de un modelo de evaluaci\u00f3n de par\u00e1metros ambientales para el confort t\u00e9rmico en viviendas de Kallapuma<\/strong>, y otro sobre la <strong>evaluaci\u00f3n del comportamiento t\u00e9rmico de sistemas constructivos de pared en zona altoandina<\/strong> mediante m\u00f3dulos experimentales con participaci\u00f3n de investigadores del CER-UNI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Caso emblem\u00e1tico: Comunidad San Francisco de Raymina, Ayacucho<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un adecuado tratamiento a la problem\u00e1tica de las viviendas rurales altoandinas durante los meses de invierno requiere un enfoque bioclim\u00e1tico.
